Shipping Policy

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and fulfillment before your order is shipped. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Estimated shipping times:

• United States: 7–14 business days  
• International orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates as shipping is handled by third-party carriers.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes — orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@novaseal.online with the subject line "CANCEL".

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS!

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at Support@novaseal.online. Address changes may only be possible within 24 hours of placing the order.

NovaSeal™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We carefully inspect and package every order before shipment. However, in rare cases, items may be damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if approved.
