Refund & Replacement Policy

At NovaSeal™, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience for every customer. Please read our refund and replacement policy carefully before placing an order.

We offer a 7-day protection period starting from the date your order is delivered. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@novaseal.online with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once your request has been reviewed and approved by our support team, we will gladly offer either a full refund or a free replacement product at no additional cost.

Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. Claims submitted without clear proof of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery may not be eligible for approval.

To maintain fairness and prevent abuse of our policy, we do not accept refunds or replacements for products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear after use.

Please note that we currently do not accept physical returns unless specifically requested and approved by our support team. In most approved cases, customers are not required to send the product back. If a return is exceptionally required, our support team will provide the appropriate return instructions.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

* Change-of-mind purchases
* Incorrect orders placed by the customer
* Minor cosmetic packaging damage caused during shipping
* Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control
* Sale items, promotional items, or gift cards

European Union 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return under this provision, the item must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.

Refunds

We will notify you once your request has been reviewed and let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at Support@novaseal.online.

For customers located in regions where consumer protection laws provide additional rights, those rights remain unaffected by this policy.
